Drop by MOCA’s plaza for Tangencies, an interactive installation by Tucson-based artist Benjamin Dearstyne Hoste. The artist will be onsite live drawing large arrays of tangent circles, creating spaces for intentional yet socially-distanced interaction between museum visitors.
Benjamin Dearstyne Hoste (b. 1983) is an American artist whose work spans photography, video, sculpture, installation, and site based projects. He holds an MFA in studio art from the University of Arizona, an MA in journalism from the University of Missouri, and studied mathematics and media studies as an undergraduate at the Claremont Colleges.
