MOCA NOMAD @ Children’s Museum

This summer, MOCA is EVERYWHERE! While our building is closed for a few weeks to improve visitor flow and accessibility, upgrade our gift shop and galleries, and refinish the floor in The Great Hall, we’re taking MOCA on the road. Visit us at one of the many MOCA NOMAD events around town as we partner with arts and cultural organizations to present exciting, contemporary art programming.

August 6th – Memphis Design Workshop

Bring back the 80s at our upcoming hands-on workshop at the Children’s Museum Tucson. Kids (and adults!) can make Memphis Design inspired collages. Learn about the design style and take home a groovy masterpiece. $3 admission.

August 13th – Sound Workshop

Make some noise at this interactive workshop lead by Tucson sound engineer, DJ, and music producer Halsero. Play with instruments, keyboards, and drum machines to explore the process of a sound artist. $3 admission.
