MOCA Minor Mutiny

MOCA Minor Mutiny

Thursdays 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Thursdays during the spring and fall school seasons.

Youth ages 13+ are welcome at MOCA for Minor Mutiny, a safe, fun, and inspiring after school program during the school year. Hang out, make zines, watch art videos, get homework help – this unstructured “lounge” is supervised by artist-mentors with a wide range of expertise to offer teens. This is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies.

This season Minor Mutiny will run though May 16th and pick up again in the fall. The fall start date will be posted in early August. Be sure to check back in or contact Eli Burke for more information at 520-624-5019 or

This program is provided free-of-charge thanks to the Robert Barber Fund for Children’s Creativity. Established in 2015 with seed funding from Tucson artist Robert Barber, the fund helps us educate and inspire youth to realize their full potential through innovative and creative educational strategies.
