Have you ever wondered what it takes to work in a contemporary art museum or what happens behind the scenes? MOCA Tucson is inviting teens to find out! We are offering teens ages 13-19 the opportunity to serve on the Minor Mutiny Teen Council at MOCA for 10-weeks this fall. MOCA Tucson will offer a small stipend to all teens in the program. Teens in this program will:
- Gain valuable experience and learn about how we connect contemporary art with our audiences.
- Work with teaching artists to learn how to design and implement an art-making workshop in your own community.
- Learn about the roles museum staff play in making things run smoothly.
- Gain a deeper understanding of how contemporary art is relevant to your lives and experiences.
Applicants must fill out this form and attach a resume.
We look forward to receiving your applications!
